  • Flute:   

    • Cleaning rod and cleaning cloth​

  • Oboe and Bassoon: 

    • At least two good reeds are needed at all times-See Mrs. Sherlock for suggested brands and a website for ordering. 

    • A reed case

    • Cleaning swab     

    • A small container to soak your reed in (an old pill bottle works well)

  • Clarinet:   

    • Reeds -At least 5 good reeds are needed at all times. Size 3 is recommended, but it depends upon the mouthpiece. Vandoren is a good brand to try.

    • Mouthpiece and ligature-please see Mrs. Sherlock for recommendations before purchasing.

    • Reed Case

  • Bass Clarinet:     

    • A mouthpiece, ligature and cap can be provided to you.​  If you wish to buy your own mouthpiece, please see Mrs. Sherlock.
